Finance Report
Stewardship over donated funds is one of the most important responsibilities for any non-profit organization. We consider extremely important the trust that our donors show us by donating to our volunteers and programs. As a result, we have made our finances as transparent as possible to our donors and volunteers.
You can be assured that one hundred percent of any funds that are donated on behalf of our volunteers and their educational experience will go directly to cover their program expenses. Donations made to our organization are used judiciously to finance our projects and cover the costs of organizing and administering over those projects.
If you have any questions regarding how we use your donations, please feel free to contact Jay Porter at the HELP International office.
Program Services include the costs associated with running our projects in-country . It also includes all of our volunteer training expenses and those expenses incurred here in the United States relatedly directly to the programs in each country (i.e. maintaining partner relations with local NGOs in Latin America, developing training tools for volunteers, cooperation efforts with other organizations in the United States). Program Services account for the largest portion of the financial "pie" at HELP International: a sign that your money is going right where you want it to go.
